Accuracy and currency

Job listings, pay figures and source status change constantly. Listings are ingested daily from public job boards, APIs and company career pages, and a listing drops off the board after 30 days without a fresh sighting. Pay benchmarks and the AI-tooling index are recomputed weekly from whatever the board holds at the time and are never estimated or surveyed. Even so, any listing, pay figure or percentage on this site may be out of date, wrong, or no longer live by the time you read it. Always check the original posting, linked from every listing, before you act on it.

No AI judgment in the data

Job classification (track, role family and AI-tooling signal) runs on deterministic keyword rules, not an AI model, so results are consistent and auditable but not infallible. A rule can misclassify a listing. Report a miscategorised or bad listing to the email address below and we will fix the rule, not just the one row.

Third-party products and trademarks

The site links to and cites job boards, applicant tracking systems and company career pages, listed in full on the sources page. All product names, logos and brands mentioned there are the property of their respective owners. Listing a source is for attribution and identification only and does not imply endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship by that company, and becomeawriter.com is not operated by, affiliated with, or endorsed by any job board, ATS provider or employer listed on the site.
